Our Salsa
We started making Sarah's Salsa in our tiny kitchen at home, hand dicing and slicing all the ingredients in bulk amounts to be mixed and packaged.
Our new location features a much larger, FDA kitchen, but we still prepare and combine all ingredients by hand. We feel a big reason why folks like our salsa so much is because it is not all mushed together like many salsas on the market, allowing their taste buds to savor each individual ingredient.
FRESH is more than just a marketing buzz-word for us. We do not add any preservatives, which would change the overall flavor. So, when you purchase Sarah's Salsa in the refrigerated section, you can be assured that it really is FRESH.
